Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms govern obtaining and using the software "abalso AI ssh" by Eduard Mehrtens e.K. (legal notice). Use of the software is additionally governed by the End User License Agreement (EULA).

2. Services and prices

Free (€0): complete SSH client incl. encrypted synchronization. Pro (€9.99/month or €99.99/year): additionally AI with your own keys, Fleet and audit verification. Plus (€14.99/month or €179.88/year): additionally abalso AI with 1M tokens/month. All prices are final prices including applicable VAT.

3. Conclusion of contract and payment

Pro/Plus are purchased via our reseller and Merchant of Record Paddle.com Market Ltd.; the purchase contract is with Paddle. Unlocking happens by signing in to the app with the email address used at checkout (email code) — there is no license key.

4. Term, cancellation, trial

Subscriptions renew for the respective period and can be cancelled any time effective at the period end (management link in the Paddle confirmation). The one-time 7-day trial of the Plus tier requires no payment details and ends automatically. After a paid tier ends, the app falls back to Free without data loss.

5. Refunds and withdrawal

Our refund policy applies (30-day money-back guarantee on the first purchase), as does the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers.

6. Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention; mandatory consumer protection rules of the consumer's state of residence remain unaffected. The place of jurisdiction for merchants is the provider's seat.
